Texas Leadership
Access Network.

A San Antonio nonprofit mentoring young adults, ages 18–26, into a life of leadership, civic engagement, and professional purpose.

Who we are

Mentorship,
made personal.

TXLÁN mentors young adults between the ages of 18 and 26, offering opportunities geared towards leadership, professional, and personal development while engaging in community and civic engagement.

We bring together leaders in business, education, government, and nonprofit organizations to support our core focus of developing young adults to be successful.

TXLÁN is a nonpartisan organization open to any Texan seeking self-improvement through institutions of higher learning, upskilling through trade schools, internships, entrepreneurship, or service in defense of community, state, or nation.

“Our goal is to help young adults develop a plan after high school—so they have direction and a pathway for success. College, trade, military, or business: we want young Texans to have a plan.”
